RV Site Rates (Rates include full hookups)

• Daily: $40 per night

• Weekly: $250 for a full 7-night stay

• The weekly rate is a discounted package for guests staying all 7 nights

• Stays shorter than 7 nights are billed at the daily rate

•    There are no refunds for early departures on weekly stays, as the site is reserved for the full 7‑night block

• Long-Term Monthly: $500 + $80 Prepaid Electric

• Minimum stay: 2 full calendar months

• Spacious sites with plenty of shade

• Pre-approval may be required

How we bill Partial-Month Stays

We want pricing to be simple and fair.  Because arrival and departure dates don’t always line up with the calendar:

• Full calendar months are billed at the monthly rate of $580 (includes $500 site + $80 electric).

• Partial months—when you arrive or leave mid‑month—are billed at our weekly and daily rates.

• Any electric usage above the included $80 is billed on the next months billing cycle.

Check‑In & Check‑Out

• Check‑In:  1:00 PM

• Check‑Out: 11:00 AM

To help us keep sites clean and ready for incoming guests:

• Delayed departures may result in an additional night’s fee

• Early departures must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund

Additional Services

• Starlink Internet:  $75 per month

• Extra Parking Available - $10 month

• Laundry Service

Wash‑and‑fold laundry service is available for guests who prefer a little extra convenience during their stay. Simply drop off your laundry by 8:00 AM, and it will be washed, folded, and ready for pickup by 4:00 PM the same day. Delivery options are available for guests who need assistance.

Cost: $25 per load (20 lb minimum per load)

Payment: Collected at time of service

Schedule: Laundry service schedules will be provided upon your arrival at Trinity Oaks RV Park.

Laundry Cancellation Policy

• If you need to cancel or adjust your laundry request, please notify us as soon as possible.

• Cancellations made before the laundry is picked up will receive a full refund.

• Once the load has been collected and service has begun, refunds are no longer available.
